What happens when I’m deployed?
If you are going to be deployed and no one is going to be driving your car, simply park it in a safe place. Make sure that we have your accurate billing information (no credit cards expiring while you are abroad), and you are set. No need to call us or provide proof. You don’t drive, so you won’t be charged anything in addition to your monthly base rate.
If someone else who is not included on your policy will be driving the car, please call us to add a driver and we’ll reflect that in your policy. Our customer service representatives are happy to help!
Do you monitor my driving habits?
We do not monitor or charge based on driving behavior. Charges are determined by the number of miles you drive.
What about claims? I want to be covered in case of an accident.
